The necklace is more understated in person than the close-up photos, which I actually prefer. The key hangs straight and the proportions between the decorative top and slim stem feel very balanced. The sparkle is noticeable when the piece moves but settles down in normal indoor light, which feels much more wearable. I have already worn it more than I expected, which is usually the best test for me.

The key has an open, finely detailed top and a narrow stem, so it looks elegant rather than costume-like. I expected it to feel a little heavier; the lighter weight is actually more comfortable.

The small cutouts in the key head are visible up close and keep the pendant from looking like one solid shape, so it works well with the clothes I already own.

I like the long key silhouette because it gives a plain neckline a clear vertical line without feeling heavy. The stone-set edge is neat up close and adds definition without making the whole piece feel covered in sparkle. It is a little more delicate than I expected from the photos, but once it was on I preferred the lighter look.
